Şirketimizin 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı, Yönetim Kurulu kararı doğrultusunda 11 Aralık 2025 tarihinde saat 10:30’da şirket merkezimizde gerçekleştirilecektir. Toplantıda yıllık faaliyet raporları, finansal tablolar, denetim raporları değerlendirilecek olup, kâr dağıtımı, yeni yönetim kurulu seçimi ve diğer gündem maddeleri görüşülecektir.

Our Company's 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held at our company headquarters on December 11, 2025 at 10:30 AM in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors. The annual activity reports, financial statements, and audit reports will be evaluated, and dividend distribution, election of the new board of directors, and other agenda items will be discussed.
