GTC, ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi, ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi, ISO 45001 ISG Yönetim Sistemi’ni uygulamaktadır. ISO yönetim sistemlerinin GTC Kalite İlkeleriyle  koordineli ve toplu bir şekilde yürütülmesini Entegre Politika olarak adlandırmaktayız. GTC’nin üst yönetimi Entegre Politikasını tanımlamış ve belgelemiştir. Bu politika, kuruluşun müşteri gereksinimlerini karşılama taahhüdünü, ürün kalite optimizasyonunu ve sürekli iyileştirmeyi içermektedir. Kuruluşun amacına uygundur ve stratejik yönünü desteklemektedir:

Yönetim sistemimiz, firmamızın hedeflerinin her bir çalışanımız tarafından anlaşılması, gözlenmesi ve uygulanmasını garanti altına almaktadır. Kalite değerlendirilmesinin yapılması için işletmeye yönelik bütün veriler bir araya getirilir. Hedef grupları ve tamamlanmış hedeflerin sabit gözetim gerçekleşme derecesi tanımlanır.

GTC’nin ana hedeflerinden biri de eldeki kaynakların bilinçli, tedbirli ve özenli kullanılmasıdır. Bu çevresel stresin azaltılmasını sağlar. Kendimizi sürdürülebilir üretime adayarak ekosistemi önemsiyor, firmamızda bu bilinci oluşturuyoruz.

Çalışan Sağlığını en yüksek düzeyde tutabilmek, iş kazalarını önleyebilmek amacıyla 0 tolerans ile tüm risk faktörlerini analiz ederek ana prosedürlerimizi ve hata oluştuğunda düzeltici adımlarımızı belirliyoruz.

GTC applies the following systems: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System and, ISO 45001 OHS Management System. These ISO management systems are applied in coordination with the GTC Quality Principles, which we call is the Integrated Policy. The senior management of GTC has defined and documents the Integrated Policy. This policy includes the commitment of the organization to meet the customer requirements, offer product quality optimization and deliver continuous improvement. The following principles are in compliance with the organization’s objectives and support the strategic aspects thereof:
